Italian-Brazilian by heritage and a proud South Bay resident for the past 10 years, I bring a strategic mindset and a rich cultural perspective to my work. I hold a bachelor's degree in marketing and social communication, and I developed my expertise in market analysis and advertising working with some of the largest companies in the field. From there, I founded my own consumer research company, grew it, and eventually sold my shares to pursue new ventures, real estate among them. That background shapes how I approach every listing: strategic pricing, real marketing (not just a sign in the yard), and a genuine read on how buyers actually make decisions.
