Who we are

This website is operated by Gabriela Bottura Leite de Barros (“Gabi Bottura”), a licensed California real estate agent (DRE #02246390) with Beach City Brokers. It provides information about homes for sale and lets visitors request photos, details, and related real estate services.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, and email address, along with the property you asked about.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, send you the property details you requested, and provide real estate services, including follow-up by email, phone call, and (only if you agreed) text message, and property alerts for similar homes.

Mobile information & text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

SMS Terms & Conditions

  1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, share property information you requested, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at gabibottura@gmail.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Instagram and Facebook messages

If you send me a direct message on Instagram or a message to my Facebook Page, Meta delivers it to a private message board that only I can open, so I can answer you from one place. The board stores the text of your message, the time it arrived, and the message id Meta assigns to our conversation. That id works only inside my own Meta app and is not your username, phone number or email. Nothing is posted, nothing is sent on your behalf, and no message is ever sent to you automatically. Every reply is written or approved by me. Messages are kept only as long as our conversation is active, and you can ask me to delete them at any time. See Delete Your Data for how.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, distribute, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information goes to Gabi Bottura and the tools she uses to serve you (her CRM, her property-alert service, and her private message board), and is used only to provide the real estate services you requested.

Opting out

Text messages: reply STOP at any time. Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also contact us directly at gabibottura@gmail.com or (424) 401-2387 to have your information removed. The full steps are on the Delete Your Data page.
