Delete Your Data
If you have ever sent me a message, filled in a form on this site, or written to me on Instagram or Facebook, I may hold some of your information. You can ask me to delete it at any time. This page explains what I hold and how to ask.
What I may hold about you
Your name, phone number and email address if you gave them to me. The property you asked about. The messages you sent me by email, text, Instagram or Facebook, and my replies. If you wrote to me on Instagram or Facebook, I also hold the message id Meta assigns to that conversation. That id only works inside my own Meta app. It is not your username, your phone number or your email.
How to ask
- Send an email to gabibottura@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data, or text or call (424) 401-2387.
- Tell me which name, phone number, email or Instagram account you used, so I can find the right record.
- I will confirm by reply once it is done. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
Your contact record in my CRM, the notes and messages attached to it, your property alert subscription, and any Instagram or Facebook message stored on my message board. If you were on an email list, you are removed from it.
What I have to keep
If we did a real estate transaction together, California law requires me and my broker to keep the transaction file for at least three years. That file is kept, and nothing else is.
Instagram and Facebook
You can also remove my app from your account directly. On Instagram open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites. On Facebook open Settings, then Apps and websites. Removing the app stops any new messages reaching my board. It does not delete what was already stored, so send the request above as well if you want everything gone.
